Location of the project is at a new downtown site in Manila. We had considered a modem and contemporary concept.

Instead of common square type and flashy window, the treatment of the glass is more futuristic. By making it a different variation of angled cut glass panels, it creates a random pattern that is new in the town. Overall impressions of the facade are inspired by music, specifically the musical staff notation. The musical score is borrowed from Jazz.
